Building on the success of its previous initiative, Nazifa Recruitment Services once again facilitated a highly anticipated recruitment examination for Bangladeshi nurses in collaboration with the Ministry of Health, Saudi Arabia. Held on the 24th and 25th of December, this third event was executed with even greater precision and excellence, attracting a larger pool of participants and achieving a higher selection rate than before. The recruitment process was carried out by a distinguished delegation team from the Ministry of Health, Saudi Arabia. The team was led by Mr. Badr Ayed Alenazy, Chief Nursing Officer, ARAR Health Cluster, Ministry of Health, Saudi Arabia. Other esteemed members of the delegation included Mr. Hamad Misfar Harthi, Director of Disaster Management, Najran Health Cluster, along with Mr. Meshal Dhidan Almutairi, Mr. Farraj Bin Mohammed Aldawsari, and Mr. Mohammed Munawirm Abu Alruhaylah.
The comprehensive selection process involved both written and viva examinations, rigorously designed to evaluate the skills, knowledge, and aptitude of the candidates. A total of 400 participated in this process, and an impressive 214 candidates succeeded, securing positions as Nurse Specialists at various hospitals under the Ministry of Health, Saudi Arabia.
The MOH Saudi delegation expressed their utmost satisfaction with the exceptional performance of the Bangladeshi nurses, commending their dedication and high standards of professional competence.
